Women in Mining BC
Women in Mining BC (WIMBC) is an organization that provides women in the mining industry with a way to connect to each other, share knowledge and experiences and build relationships that encourage growth and diversity. WIMBC is taking an active role in sharing published reports on how the mining industry can do more to attract, retain and advance the careers of women in the industry. The goal is to move past problem identification to having all members (men and women) of the mining community working together to implement strategies.
